Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 56                   
"An Act relating to the budget reserve fund established under art.             
IX, sec. 17, Constitution of the State of Alaska."  Without objection,         
it was so ordered.                                                             
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 56 was referred to the Finance Committee.
